In January 2016, the Inaugural “Primary Care Partnership” conference, for the first time, brought key national and international leaders together with the single aim of finding a solution to Ireland’s numerous, but not insurmountable, health challenges. The second Primary Care Partnership conference will take place on the 31st March and 1st April 2017 in Croke Park Stadium, Dublin.
Supported by a multitude of primary care organisations and associations the conference will, through a series of lectures and workshops, work towards a path forward for the Irish health system.
From GPs, nurses, hospital doctors and a multitude of other health care professionals this two-day conference will provide an open forum for ideas and synergies.
The conference is divided into eight plenary sessions, where global leaders in health have been invited to share their experiences, and workshops where these ideas will be refined into action plans.
